All wines and other spirits at M Restaurant are carefully selected by our Head Sommelier and Dining Director Emmanuel Tachon-Foley. A member since 2022 of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, his knowledge of wines makes him an excellent advisor for your next meals at M Restaurant.
