Chef Julien Gautier is back at the chefs' caravan!

Wednesday February 24, meet chef Julien Gautier at the chefs' caravan, place Maréchal Lyautey, 69006 Lyon. For this occasion, he has developed a special menu for you, to discover now.

Collection of orders from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Aperitif (5€):
White rum, lemon, apricot juice, pineapple juice. 

Entrance (9€):

Split pea soup, tangy whipped cream and chives, white ham with truffle.

Or

Shredded crab and salmon, celery bavarois, gravlax salmon, cuttlefish and citrus vinaigrette.

Dish (14€):

Beef shoulder cooked tender in cannelloni, mushrooms, tarragon, candied vegetables and porcini jus.

Or

Curried cod fillet, pressed with sweet potato and celery, candied onions and coconut ginger juice.

Dessert (8€):

Chocolate-lemon biscuit, coated in chocolate, whipped ganache.

A selection of wine will be offered on site.
